Drink lots of water throughout the day. Refrain from too much alcohol, coffee and fizzy, sugary drink. Smoking is super drying on the skin, slowing down the blood flow and oxygen needed to carry nutrients to our cells.
Protect yourself from the sun. As this will not only dry your skin out but lead to long term sun damage.
